Skye is nearing her 40s, and like many of us made some questionable decisions based on money (or lack thereof), family ties, and independence. One of those was selling her eggs in her 20s to a childhood friend.
Having a great career, that purposely isolates her from family and any serious connections, on a trip home she learns that egg transaction created a whole baby! Skye, at a pivotal moment of life, selfishly takes on the challenge of connectedness, inner work, and even a touch of Auntie vibes.
This was such a great page-turner to see the evolution of Skye unfold. She is bold, has an awkward running stride, and learning the real work always begins within.
